We have a 15-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 15 days of receiving the item. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as custom items such as special orders or personalized items, and we do not accept returns for sample orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of specials or gift cards.
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately.
